Brianna's Beach House is a quaint and charming house
located 3 minutes north of town overlooking the
enchanting blue hues of the Caribbean Ocean. This
location is both quiet and convenient. You will be
only minutes away from Dive and Tour shops,
Restaurants, gift shops, and convenience stores.
 
This is not just a house but a HOME completely equipped
with a full kitchen, full bathroom and all the
amenities needed. Brianna's Beach House is
comfortably furnished with two bedrooms (double bed
and queen bed), one bathroom and living and dining
area. If needed this house can accommodate six guests
as we have a sofa bed that pulls out to a queen size
bed.
This newly renovated home is tastefully
decorated and comes fully equipped with all the
comforts of home including. microwave, barbecue,
television and cable, phone, ceiling fans throughout
and air conditioners in both bedrooms, hot and cold
water, a completely fenced yard for the little ones,
and bicycles for the young at heart and the
energetically minded! There is a veranda too where
you can enjoy a fresh cup of coffee while overlooking
the enchanting beauty of the Caribbean Sea. We have

Belize hosts the second largest barrier reef in the
world. and is the largest and only living coral
barrier reef in the Western Hemisphere, which is home
to an incredible abundance of fish and other animal
and marine life.
Belize is a peaceful, English speaking democratic
country and is only two hours away from several
destinations in the United States such as New Orleans,
Houston, and Miami.
Ambergris Caye is the largest of Belize's nearly 200
offshore cayes. The town of San Pedro is on Ambergris
Caye, and is a 17-minute flight from Belize
International Airport or a one hour and 15 minute
ferryboat ride from Belize City.

Using Brianna's Beach House as your base, and SEArious Adventures, we can
coordinate your diving, snorkeling, fishing trips or a
Mayan Adventure on the mainland. What about cave
tubing, visiting the Belize Zoo or Bird Watching! All
of Belize is at your fingertips from this beautiful
Caye!
Diving in San Pedro is superior by far! Crystal clear
waters make a diving adventure in Belize
second-to-none. There are over 50 named dive sites in
the waters around Ambergris Caye including the
incredible "Blue Hole". Only minutes away is the
marine reserve called "Hol Chan" which is a five-mile
haven of an underwater paradise for both snorkelors
and divers.

Brianna's Beach House is a newly acquired house owned
and operated by Willie and Sandra Leslie who are both
very excited about being able to cater to visitors of
San Pedro. Willie was born and raised in San Pedro
and is very busy with his Tour Business "Searious
Adventures" while Sandra, born and raised in
Vancouver, Canada, has always dreamed of having a home
here in San Pedro that she could host family and
friends from Canada as well as guests from around the
world.
