Balance is automatically charged to credit card on file 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation Policy – There will be a 5% cancellation fee if canceled 45-30 days prior to arrival. If cancellation is received 29-15 days prior to arrival there is a 50% refund. Less than 15 days there is no refund. There is also no refund on unused portion of stay.
