After Sun Wrap
The wrap helps to cool the body and calm the skin after sun exposure.
Brown Sugar Honey Polish
Belizean brown sugar and local honey create an ideal combination for exfoliating and moisturizing the entire body. Local unrefined sugar is rich in minerals such as calcium, potassium, magnesium, copper and iron that are beneficial to the skin and it's appearance.
Dead Sea Salt Scrub
Dead Sea Salt improves cell metabolism and contributes to its restoration and regeneration. It also helps remove harmful toxins from the skin. We combine it with coconut oil for moisturizing.
Thin and Tone
Diminishes the appearance of cellulite while detoxifying the body and smoothing the skin. Includes exfoliating Dead Sea salt scrub, toning massage and a body wrap using a special mixture of essential oils.

Swedish
A slow, gentle massage that uses firm, but gentle pressure to improve circulation, ease muscle aches and tension, improve flexibility and create relaxation.
Deep Tissue/Therapeutic
Focuses on deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. It is especially helpful for chronically tense areas such as stiff necks, lower back tightness and sore shoulders.
Hot Stone
Is a specialty massage that uses smooth heated stones to relax the muscles.
Thai
Using slow, gentle rocking the therapist applies compressions with thumbs, elbows and knees to harmonize the body. Sometimes described as 'yoga massage', this treatment leaves you feeling relaxed yet energized and more flexible. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing; the massage is performed on a thick, padded futon.
Thinning and Toning
A Swedish massage that uses more vigorous massage on specific areas and utilizes a specially formulated combination of essential oils.

Breakout Buster
This facial is designed to help calm and heal inflamed skin. It is a six-step facial that uses ingredients like organic lavender, chamomile, tea tree and cranberry. The cleanser and toner used in this facial are specifically designed for acne prone skin.
One Orchid
This is our simplest facial with only 4 steps. It starts with a green tea cleanser, followed by steam, a facial massage and a natural honey and oat scrub.
Two Orchid
This is a good intermediate facial. It starts with a green tea cleanser, followed by a steam, a facial massage and a natural honey and oat scrub.
Three Orchid
This is one of our most advanced facials. It is a seven-step facial that includes an alpha-hydroxy scrub and a replenishing mask of blue green algae.
Four Orchid
This is our most intensive facial. It is a seven-step facial that includes an alpha-hydroxy scrub and pumpkin masque, as well as facial massage to help increase circulation.
Our skin care products contain no mineral oil, lanolin, artificial colors or fragrances. Our Blue Green Algae mask is a marine product, so please let us know if you have a shellfish allergy.

Energy Balancing

Bach Flower Therapy
Bach Flower Therapy remedies are 38 tinctures made from the essences of flowers. Each flower essence corresponds with a particular emotional state. Taking the remedies help to balance your emotions. Consultation and a custom blended bottle of relevant remedies are included.
Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy
