Looking for someone to manage your property?
We offer several management packages at reasonable rates.
Our Premier Service not only finds your tenants and collects monthly rents, but also fields trouble calls, remits bills, insurance and taxes, manages local bank accounts, and provides monthly P&L statements along with an annual recap for your accountant. This is the perfect service for property owners who reside outside of Belize.
Our Basic Service simply finds your tenants and collects the monthly payments. This service works well for property owners who reside in Belize and can take care of their own property maintenance
Our Locator Service simply helps find tenants for your property. Several apartment complexes here on Ambergris Caye use this service.
Other services available include performing scheduled maintenance, maid services and yard/landscaping services.
As a fully licensed building contractor, we can also manage your construction project.
