Appetizers

Ceviche - A choice of your favorite seafood or a combo marinated in citrus juice, tossed with tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, cilantro and seasoned with a blend of Caliente's spices.

Guacamole - Mashed avocados mixed with lime juice, onions,tomatoes and cilantro, served with corn tortilla chips.

Nachos - Corn tortilla chips with melted cheese, beans, Mexican salsa, sour cream, jalapenos and a choice of chicken, steak, pork or seafood.

Flautas - Deep-fried rolled flour tortillas filled with cheese, and topped with Mexican salsa and queso blanco.

Sopa de Lima - Chicken consomme with cilantro, onions, tomatoes, lime and shredded chicken (great for hangovers!).

Sopa de Tortilla - Tomatoe soup with corn tortillas, avocados and sour cream.

Ensalada de la Casa - Romaine, tomatoes, cucumbers, corn, tortilla chips, chipotle balsamic vinaigrette and queso blanco.

Caesar Salad - Crispy romaine lettuce, croutons, parmesan cheese, topped with our homemade Caesar dressing.

Entrees

Burritos - Rolled flour tortillas filled with your choice of chicken, steak, pork or seafood, vegetables,beans and cheese, topped with our secret sauce.

Fajitas - Your choice of chicken, steak, pork, seafood or a combination of two, marinated in our secret sauce and served over abed sauteed onions and green peppers, with guacamole, sour cream and pico de gallo.

Enchiladas Rojas - Rolled corn tortillas filled with cheese and your choice of chicken,steak,pork or seafood, topped with a tomatoe sauce, and cheese.

Enchiladas de Mole - Rolled corn tortillas filled with cheese and a choice of chicken, steak, pork or seafood, topped with a sweet and spicy Mexican sauce.

Tacos al Carbon - Homemade corn tortillas filled with grilled chicken, steak, pork or s seafood and served with onions, cilantro and salsa Mexicana.

Tostadas - Seasoned refried beans, served on a flat crispy corn tortilla and topped with your choice of chicken, steak, pork or seafood, lettuce, tomatoes, cheddar cheese and sour cream.

Tortas - Chicken or seafood cakes seasoned with oregano, cumin, cilantro, bell peppers and onions,topped with a mild chipotle sauce.

Tamalitos - Corn and chaya dumplings steamed and topped with salsa Mexicana and queso blanco.

Gringas - Flour tortillas filled with your choice of chicken,steak, pork or seafood, with cheddar and mozzarella cheese, served with salsa Mexicana.

Gorditas - Flour and corn tortillas sprinkled with mozzarella cheese and filled with your choice of chicken, steak, pork or seafood, lettuce, tomatoes, and salsa Mexicana, topped with cheddar cheese.

Enfrijoladas - Rolled flour tortillas filled with your choice of chicken, steak, pork or seafood, and cheese, topped with beans sauce, pico de gallo and queso blanco.

Quesadillas - Grilled flour tortillas filled with your choice of chicken, steak, pork or seafood, and cheese, served with a garden salad.
