We have just opened a low cost Studio Apartment at only $65 per night for those that would rather spend their money on tours. This apartment does not have ocean views or air conditioning but you can still enjoy the grounds, the bird sanctuary, the beach, the pier, the artificial reef and the tours.
Each has a queen size bed, private bath with shower, refrigerator, coffee pot, blender and microwave. Each room has wonderful view of the ocean that can be enjoyed from inside or from the covered veranda. Maximum two persons.
Each has living/dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms have a king size bed (2 twins made up as king so they can be divided if requested). Each suite has wonderful view of the ocean that can be enjoyed from inside or from the 20' wide covered veranda. Maximum three persons.
Each has living/dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, a master bedroom with bath, a queen size bed and two twin beds and a loft overlooking the living room. Each suite has a wonderful view of the ocean that can be enjoyed from inside or from the 20' wide covered veranda. Maximum six persons.

A deposit of 50% must be made when you make your reservation. Secure your reservation with a credit card.

The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival (holidays 90 days).

Full refund if cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival (holidays 90 days).

50% refund if cancelled between 30 and 60 days prior to arrival (holidays 60 to 90 days).

No refund if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival (holidays 60 days).

No refund for no-shows or unused portions of accommodations.
