Ambergris Caye has a wonderful variety of activities. These recommendations are based on personal experience and feedback from our previous guests. Many of the trips require a minimum of people for the trip to go. By contacting us we can help get groups together. Also, if a guide calls with a change we can make sure this information reaches you. Most trips begin at the end of our pier. Stop by the office; we will be happy to help you plan your activities.

DON'T FORGET biking, sapo, swimming, stargazing, walking along the
shore and hammock time!
Enjoy biking along the sandy roads of Ambergris Caye. The lower part
of the island is 6 miles long and taking a trip on the bikes is the
best way to see it. There is also a tiny ferry across the river to the
northern part of the island where there is a path used by bikes and
golf carts. Caribbean Villas provides a fleet of hire bikes for your convenience.
Sapo means frog. The sapo box is located near the taxi bench. Coins
to play sapo can be checked out from the office. There is a $10 deposit
(refunded when the coins are returned). To play sapo choose whether
you will play from the beginner or advanced line (marked on the sand).
A coin spotter stands near the sapo box. The spotter picks up and
returns any coins that miss the box. The object of the game is to get
the coin through the frog's mouth! The winner is the first to reach
100 points.
