Welcome to Casa Hol Chan your very own private beachfront home rental retreat and getaway. Located 3.5 miles south of San Pedro on the beautiful Isla Bonita Ambergris Cay Belize. Come and enjoy the island life with its easy pace and clear shallow waters of the Caribbean. Feel the friendliness of the people and enjoy the boutiques, cafes, bars, and restaurants that adorn the charming town of San Pedro.
Accommodations
Casa Hol Chan is a 2 story home with two bedrooms 1 and 1/2 bathrooms fully equipped kitchen, living room, washer and dryer, featuring two large balconies facing the Caribbean offering you spectacular ocean views. Casa Hol Chan also offers you its beachfront charm with an outdoor pier, bbq, picnic table, where you can eat, drink, fish, relax and enjoy the island vibe. Casa Hol Chan is fully air conditioned and can accommodate 6 people comfortably. The master bedroom has a queen size bed (with box springs which is rare on the island) with quality linens and duvets and plenty of storage space. It has its own large balcony facing the ocean where you can wake up and witness the start of your day with a beautiful sunrise and end you day by sitting peacefully watching the breathtaking sunsets over the Caribbean. The second bedroom also has air-conditioning with beautiful window views overlooking south of the island and Caribbean. It has 2 single beds with box springs, quality linens, duvets and has plenty of storage space. The living room opens to a balcony with patio furniture offering you ocean breeze and views making it an ideal place to enjoy breakfast lunch or supper. The living room furnishings are island style simple yet comfortable which includes internet, cable tv, radio, a dvd player and for the extra guests a full pull out bed.
Complimentary features
Upon arrival Casa Hol Chan's staff will supply you with a complimentary bottle of Island rum. A ten dollar phone card, 2 bicycles, fishing rods and bait will also be included. Alarm system and 24 hr security patrol provided. Although we supply our guests with complimentary bicycles, renting a golf cart in Ambergris Cay can be arranged through us or ordered from the house and delivered. Taxi service is available on the island. Transfers from and to the airport may be arranged for a fee.
Activities
Walk out your island home to wonderful snorkeling, swimming and fishing. Please bring snorkel gear & fishing gear. Tour the island on a golf cart. Visit San Pedro town and compare it to Key West Florida. Take the water taxi to Caye Caulker. Enjoy fresh seafood in local restaurants or buy fresh lobster from local fishermen and grill at Casa Hol Chan. Many tour operators are located in San Pedro and will pick you up at the dock to go on boat outings. Hol Chan Reserve should not be missed. The coral and sea life are amazing. *November 15 to May 31: $150.00 USD per night.
*June 1 to November 14: $130.00 USD per night.
*Rates do not include 9% Belize hotel tax.
*Minimum reservation : 4 nights.
*A 50% deposit is required in order to secure the reservation ($US ).
*Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
*Should reservations be made less than 30 days before arrival date full payment is required.
*Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival date are entitled to NO refund.
*Refunds: Full deposit less US$100 within 30 days, no refund within 30 days of arrival.
* Smoking is prohibited inside Casa Hol Chan.
* No pets allowed.
