Jennifer gets creative and changes or adds to the dessert menu often. Here are some of the items we’re making this month. When you’re here we may have more or different selections than those listed on this page. One thing’s for sure, we’ll have something fantastic ready for you!

Tiramisu Parfait
Our version of the classic Italian dessert ~ slices of pound cake drenched in an espresso syrup, layered with a coffee cream cheese blend and topped with toasted slivered almonds.

Coconut Flan
Rich and creamy Spanish custard infused with coconut milk and a traditional caramel topping.

Bananas Picasso
Banana slices sautéed in a warm rum toffee sauce topped with a scoop of French vanilla ice cream. Belize’s own One Barrel rum adds a delicious twist to this favorite.

Key Lime Pie
Rich, tart and creamy! Proclaimed the best by many…you be the judge.

Kahlúa Sundae
Scoops of coffee and French vanilla ice cream, topped with Kahlúa liqueur and whipped cream.

Chocolate Paradise Cake
Rich flourless chocolate cake drizzled with a raspberry coulis nobody does it better!

Cracked Coconut
Chocolate shell covered with toasted coconut and filled with coconut ice cream. A must!

Ice Cream
Accompany any dessert with a scoop of French vanilla, coconut or coffee ice cream.
