The construction project management bid was awarded to Jeff Pierce of San Pedro Sandman Ltd., better known to the folks familiar with Belize as Jeff Pierce of Reef Village. It will be a pleasure to watch Jeff and his team double-shifting construction with 16 hour days on site in order to meet the completion contract date of April 15th (taking into account closures for “snow days”,etc).
