I'm disappointed at the government publishing the deception about the repair of the boat. It will cause me to forever doubt the press releases coming out of that office.
The boat has not been visited by BDF and there is only looting going on, no repair.
Belize is still intimated by Cuba.

The Belizean medical students are provided with free education, housing and meals and a small stipend for personal items. No loans to repay.

We are provided with qualified Cuban doctors and nurses.

These are important charitable donations that Cuba provide to Belize although many people are not aware of these programmes.

The eye clinic is a huge benefit for many folks who cannot afford the surgery and would go blind if Cuba didn't send over a plane, take the patients to Cuba, house and feed them and bring them home again.

The Belize maritme wing personnel did visit the cuban boat on the beach.

The engine was removed from the vessel on the first day.

And who believes anything in the press these days? Everything is always slanted one way or the other. Propaganda abounds - no matter which country it derives from.
