I need to work on the sizing. Any advice on an accurate size so the photos don't get pixel'd?

the size thing...well I up load a 1mb at 1000 px wide and it seems to come out max.
I try to consider martys bandwidth bill and not post tons but love posting photos.
do you use www.photobucket.com ?

No I don't use photobucket. I used to a long time ago but now I have a website with betterphoto.com.

I like sharing and viewing photos as well as talking about photography. Always like to learn new techniques and stuff. Understand about the bandwidth thing.

Its part of a stream of photographers viewing each others works daily.
when I post on my page it also goes into a site that all the other photographers around the world are viewing and posting, we can comment on each others work and get to see daily all the wonderful photographs stream by.

i'm all consumed by the flickr community!
it is fun to comment and check out others work every day. plus my wife and i join in contests in flickr occasionally.
when ever i feel good about my work, i spend a few minutes looking at others photos,,
straight to HumbleTown i go! there are some EXCELLENT photogs out there!!!!!

I have stock photos on Alamy.com. There are some really great shots on there as well. I'm still kinda a beginner. Only been doing for about 4 years now but I'm hooked and it's now my living.

Looking at other's photography is a great inspiration for me.

Now don't I feel stupid? Here I am telling someone who makes a living doing photographs how to size an image. Slap me!
I don't know if you can control your web page but the images don't come completely up before they fade into the next one.
