What if they had you wait for repairs in Hativille?
I wish I had evidence ,as in photo, of where they really are.

I say give them work permits, captain licences (I think they already qualify for this), Free medical care and Scuba lessons. (After the government finds that missing X-amount of millions $$$) What the heck, Welcome them with open arms. How much do they want for the boat anyway?

What exactly does Cuba do for Belize . can some one make us a list please.

Ok I'll start.

1) they gave belize light bulbs.
2) there are 171 belize students in school in Cuba.
3) there are 117 Cuban Doctors in Belize.
4) Belize celebrates Cuba Day.

some shops down this way have cuban cigars??

I say we give the light bulbs back. float them over.
Are the students not paying tuition?
Did these doctors fly to Belize or boat? doubt if they will return don't you.
Cuba Day... Do they paddle of shore like in Garifuna Settlement Day and come back reenacting the arrival?

the cuban doc in placencia has been given a tough time by belize. he is married to a belizean but still has problems staying here?

yes elbert,, that was a sad sight!! at one point, we were manning the firehoses cause they were trying to scramble up the ropes we lowered water down with. not pretty.
