Turducken is also a wonderful dish I had years ago in Bearsville NY at The Bear and it was a chicken, stuffed inside a duck, stuffed inside a turkey, all deboned. I still remember that meal.

definitely an acquired taste. I worked for a US company a few years back and they served turducken at a company Xmas function. The US employees were ecstatic. The Cdn employees less so.
