Michael Fox passed away last night. we will miss him a lot....

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing away of long time resident, Mr. D. Michael (Mike) Fox. A memorial will be held at The Purple Parrot Bar on Wednesday, December 22nd, 2010 at 3pm.

I'm so sorry to hear this....I had the opportunity to work with Michael last year on a project and he was invaluable. He will be missed.....

He was such a sweet guy. I know he had been ill, but I guess I didn't expect this. I know he will be sorely missed. RIP, Michael.

So sorry to hear this, I had the pleasure of playing drums with Mike several times and also had many interesting conversations with him.

Mike had a "jazzy" style of drumming, probley gathered from his days in Chicago.

RIP Michael Fox, you brought smiles to many faces in San Pedro.

I knew MIchael and respected his friendship. We had several interesting conversations over the years. I know he enjoyed the music from the stereo equipment he had me purchase for him and bring down to him.
Micheal was ill with cancer and had arrived back on the Island the week that I left and did not go to see him but sent him a message just before I left to come back to the States.
I will miss Michael and his advice that proved to be very helpful over the years.
May You Rest In Peace Michael, I will miss you.
