Description

We saw this pair swoop by, all a-chatter, and light in a tree right next to Grand Caribe yesterday morning. One of them stayed where we could see him for quite some time eating the fruits of this tree. Barry Smith nabbed this photo.

Beachdog	They come in flocks of up to a dozen and munch on our Buttonwood Trees all the time. They are very 'chatty' and fun to watch.

elbert	Its a buttonwood tree with fruit. Buttonwood. Belize is said to have 4 types of mangrove and buttonwood is listed as one. some people disagree that its a true mangrove.
