Beefs and bouquets was a radio program on a local radio station where I grew up. The point was for call-in's to compliment those who had gone "above and beyond" or had simply done a good job. Adversely, the beefs were usually given out to businesses or government entities, which had seemingly failed to provide the caller with the satisfaction they felt they were entitled to.

Bouquet: To the locals of San Pedro for being so welcoming and friendly to the (sometimes ungrateful, demanding) visitors to the island.
