Tuff e Nuff clip the high flying Atlantic Bank in overtime

In the first game, BWSL defeated Belize Healthcare/Central Cable by the score of 62 to 46. The top scorers for BWSL were Benson Matthews with 19 points, 10 rebounds, 1 assist and 1 steal, and Lawrence Young with 13 points, 4 rebounds, 4 assists and 3 steals.

Meanwhile, the top scorers for Belize Healthcare/Central Cable were Trevor Meighan with 14 points, 6 rebounds, 3 assists and 3 steals, and Andrew Moody with 11 points, 1 rebound and 3 steals. In the second game, Bowen & Bowen defeated National Fire Service by the score of 54 to 50. The top scorers for Bowen & Bowen were Milton Flores with 14 points, 8 rebounds, 2 blocks and 1 steal, and Ernest Crawford with 8 points, 1 rebound and 5 assists.

For the National Fire Service, the top scorers were Marlon Palmerston with 14 points, 1 assist and 1 steal, and Rafael O'Brien with 11 points and 7 rebounds. In the third game, Police defeated Customs by the score of 55 to 44. The top scorers for the Police were Adrian Flores with 18 points, 2 rebounds, 1 assist and 1 steal, and Deron Gentle with 8 points, 6 rebounds and 3 blocks.

Meanwhile for Customs, the top scorers were Charles Armstrong with 26 points, 4 rebounds, 1 assist and 1 steal, and Ludrick Beeks with 7 points, 6 rebounds, 1 assist and 1 steal. On Sunday July 16, in the first game played, Bowen & Bowen defeated Youth for the Future by the score of 49 to 48. The top scorers for Bowen & Bowen were David Cruz with 11 points, 7 rebounds and 1 assist, and Frank Nunez with 7 points and 6 rebounds.

For Youth for the Future, the top scorers were Dwayne Davis with 19 points and 22 rebounds and Bernadott Felix with 9 points. In the second game, Telemedia Digicell defeated Alamilla's Furniture/Celluar Plus by the score of 76 to 51. The top scorers for Telemedia Digicell were Jamaal Kelly with 32 points, 1 rebound, 5 blocks and 6 steals, and Edward Thompson with 15 points, 12 rebounds and 1 assist, while the top scorers for Alamilla's Furniture/Celluar Plus were David Alamilla with 12 points and 1 rebound and John Rudon with 9 points, 1 rebound and 1 assist.

In game three, Port of Belize defeated the Police by the score of 62 to 53. The top scorers for Port of Belize were Ian Augustine with 17 points, 12 rebounds, 1 assist, 2 blocks and 2 steals, and Leroy Forbes with 17 points, 3 rebounds, 1 assist and 1 steal. For the Police, the top scorers were Chester Noralez with 17 points, 1 rebound, 3 assists and 2 steals, and Maurice Martinez with 12 points, 1 rebound, 1 assist and 2 steals.

In the fourth game of the afternoon, First Caribbean/Quan's Trading disciplined Guardian/Housing when it defeated it by the score of 75 to 63. The top scorers for First Caribbean/Quan's Trading were Elton Anderson with 20 points, 1 rebound, 2 assists and 1 steal, and Jacob Leslie with 15 points, 3 rebounds and 7 assists.

For the Excise team the top scorers were James Rivers with 16 points and 5 rebounds, and Jason Daly with 12 points, 11 rebounds, 3 assists and 1 steal. On Friday July 16, in the first of three games played, Tuff e Nuff clipped the high flying Atlantic Bank in overtime by the score of 67 to 64. The top scorers for Tuff e Nuff were Ashton Edwards with 18 points, 6 rebounds, 1 assist and 3 steals, and Densmore Edwards with 13 points, 6 rebounds, 2 assists, and 4 steals.

Meanwhile, the top scorers for Atlantic Bank were Leon Williams with 13 points, 17 rebounds and 1 steal, and Andrew Staine with 12 points, 7 rebounds, 3 assists and 2 steals. In game two, Guardian/Housing defeated Telemedia Digicell by the score of 71 to 67 in overtime. The top scorers for Guardian/Housing were Bernard Felix with 25 points, 5 assists and 10 steals, and Dwayne Davis with 17 points, 3 rebounds, 1 assist and 4 steals.

For Telemedia Digicell, the top scorers were Jamaal Kelly with 26 points which included 5- 3 pointers, 4 rebounds, 4 blocks and 1 steal, and Devon Lozano with 13 points, 4 rebounds, 1 assist, 1 block and 2 steals.

In the final game of the day, First Caribbean/Quan's Trading defeated BWSL by the score of 68 to 39. The top scorers for First Caribbean/Quan's Trading were Jacob Leslie with 20 points, 5 rebounds, 2 assists and 2 steals, and Elton Anderson with 12 points, 3 assists and 3 steals, while the top scorers for BWSL were Benson Matthews with 12 points, 8 rebounds, 2 blocks and 1 steal, and Lawrence Young with 9 points, 5 rebounds and 1 steal.
