Irene Miller has news from Mo at Iguana Reef.He got out to assess the damage. He says 40% of houses have damage, mostly no roofs. There seems to be a food shortage esp. baby supplies. Some water taxis are taking away tourists, but there is no way to pump fuel. They are dipping it by hand. There is plenty but a shortage of oil to mix with it for two cycle engines. They think there may be lights and phone by tonite. The airstrip is clear of debris but part covered by water.Mo is transmitting on 14.325 or 14.265. Irene is going there and will take small emergency supplies such as medicine if you overnite mail them to her. Her address is [email protected]. The airlines are nearly booked up and refused to allow extra luggage allowance for supplies. Dane
