24-hour forecast: Cloudy to overcast with periods of continuous rain, showers and thunderstorms over most areas this morning. Rain and wind will gradually decrease later today.
Winds: North to northwest 10-20 knots, becoming north to northeast 20-30 knots with higher gusts.

Today: Winds: E-SE 20-30 kts. With occnl higher gusts, decreasing in the afternoon; seas: Very rough; waves: 6-9 ft.; some showers and thunderstorms.
