We'll be arriving on the 7th and planning on heading straight to Fidos for my Belikin fix Come on by & have a beer with your fellow Texans!

Havent stayed at Mayan Princess but have heard great things. Do a search on this board for them & I'm sure you'll find plenty of info.

Have stayed there about 10 times, Sheila and Rusty are great. The end up by Fidos can be a bit noisy, live music on weekends, nice to be in town and the dive shop is right there. Nice to sit on balcony in the early morning drinking coffee and watching the world go by.

We will be in SP July 1-8. Still working on lodging. Have stayed at Mayan Princess in 2000. It is great and right in town so if this is your first that might be good to let you check things out. We are from Dallas so add 2 more Texans to the list. There will also be another Texas couple coming in July 3-10. Johnboy from this board. So we may have to plan Texas night or at least Happy Hour somewhere.

New to this board and July 1-6 will be my first time to AC. Would love to meet up with some folks. Have fishing planed with Capt Bicho on 6/2-3. can't wait to go!

We've stayed at the Mayan Princess three times each for two week or better stretches and loved it. It's a great location, the rooms are nice and they have good sized balcony's. The staff is great. Have stayed on all three floors and my personal choice would be to get the second or third floor if you can for a bit more privacy. Have a great time....Rhonda

We do the Lady Sharon cruise on Wednesday and Friday evenings. Sunday afternoon snorkel and barbeque.
Casa Azul is sponsoring a free ride on the Lady Sharon on Thursdays to their place to party from 10pm to 2am on Thursday nights.

Stayed at the M.P. many times, great balconies, GREAT view, center of town, no pool though. Definitely stay on the 2nd or 3rd floor.

Well, looks like lots of Texans are hitting "the" island in July. Texan34-I am arriving paradise July 1 and staying thru the 9th. So far I have definite plans to get as many local dives in as possible - between partying, of course, and tentative plans to go to mainland Belize for a couple of days. This will be my fourth trip to Ambergris Caye.

Four for us also. Where are yoyu staying? Maybe we will see ya in the water? we will be diving four days and I am fishing on Friday. Try to make it Wednesday to the cruise.

Ya missed a good surprize bd party for Ms. Charlene on Sunday - Bruce had to tell her she needed a shower (sniff, sniff) in order to get her out of there so the queens could decorate. And Ms Charlene swings a mean stick - she had a pinata in the shape of a crown LOL. oH and it was her 30th bd by the way.

We are staying at Seven Seas. It is a long way from there. But that is ok. There is always the taxi or golf cart. We have walked that far before. It took a long time. Manily because of the bar stops.
