your receipe sounds delicious. Yes, the less in the liquid the better for ceviche. no oil or juices. some diced cucs are good too sometimes.

i dont think it is that it is dumb, i think it is a different meal there and with vinigar, it is more like some salad with the vinigar.

SIN, I totally agree about the less the better on ceviche, except for the lime, of course. But too much stuff sometimes spoils what it's all about..keep it simple......!
