My husband and I purchased a time share at Captain Morgan's while in Belize this past winter. We most likely will not be able to use it next February. Any suggestions on the best way to advertise it for rent? The time share can be divided into two different units. Does anyone know if it is best to try to rent together or separately? And, if you have rented out your time share, can you give me an idea on what you charged?

Capt. Morgan's is affiliated with Interval International - why not deposit the week and use it yourself when you've got the time?

Remember, never pay a broker, upfront, to "list" your site.

You may even post it on ebay. Be creative, a Feb week in a 2br lockoff (sleeps 6) can fetch a pretty penny.
