Greetings! Nephew and I will be on AC the week (Sat-Sat) before Easter Sunday (4/8-15/06), and I've read that the people of Belize are 80% Catholic. We'll be at Jaguar Paw first and to AC on Tuesday.

I'll check this out as our trip gets closer, but I'm wondering if/when restaurants will be closed during that time, and the snorkeling tours, etc. as well? Can anyone share their experiences or knowledge about this please?
