Just spoke with Javier by telephone @ Playa Blanca (North of Mata Chica). Wind is @ 10 knots from the N.W. No rain, even some sunshine. Main concern is water level - currently at level of planks in the pier and splashing over with waves. Waves are crashing fairly hard on the beach.
