Any recomendations for snorkeling?

I am a causal one and do you need to make it ahead of time. Or can you wait till after you arrive?

Thanks

Richard

Book when you get here, you have numerous options including full day trips that involve beach BBQ's, sailing and snorkeling.

Alphonse Graniel ("L'il Alphonse") is a fantastic guide on the reef. His Shark Ray Alley/HolChan Reserve is a fun 1/2 day tour. I booked through Monkey Business Travel, located at Banana Beach Resort the evening before. One day I found I had unexpected free time so booked Alphonse again (!) right before lunch for his afternoon excursion.

You're gonna love AC!

Oh wow that's cheap. Perfect. I was thinking it was one of the $150 ones. We're coming to AC with less money than expected, but I wanted to at least be able to do the ruins tour & the shark alley tour laugh

haha. I would hope so !

I'll probably snorkel off the piers & such, but I really do want to do the shark alley one. I'll have to do some major convincing to get my cousin to do it, but I'm goin !!!!!

You have to go with Alphonse!!! He was great! My wife and I went to the Hol Chan & Shark Ray Alley with him on 11/1 and we had such an incredible experience we booked the Mexico Rocks and Tres Cocos the next Saturday with him. Both were great. You get more than you pay for. He is very enthusiastic about his job.
