I don't think you should count on flying into Belize on Wednesday. This hurricane is heading straight at Belize and will make landfall somewhere between Belize City and Placencia, if the tracking holds, sometime tonight or early tomorrow morning. I would expect all airports to be closed at least until Wednesday, at the very earliest, and to be limited to essential traffic (rescue and relief, civil defense, moving evacuees, etc.) for at least a day or two after that. And that is a best-case scenario, assuming that there is minimal damage to airport and infrastructure.
