I just left Luba Hati on Wednesday of last week. Was wondering how things are there and at Roberts Grove. Did Franco and his staff evacuate? How about damage... did he lose his casitas? Is the place livable or did it sustain heavy damage?

Also, does anyone know when the phones will be back up down there?
