ask your carrier directly if it's accepted - they have much more reliable info specific to your plan, there are only about 250 plans.

(But, I'd highly doubt it...hell 1/2 the time the dont even cover out of states)

I have Blue Cross Insurance. Though everyone's plans vary, mine is worldwide. You submit your bill to Blue Cross and they reimburse you.

You pay for the service that's been provided to you. Keep any receipts and/or paperwork and then submit it to BC/BS when you return home. You should get re-imbursed.

My bills have been so cheap that I don't bother to even submit for reimbursement.

not sure what you are referring to. My bills have simply been so cheap here it is not worth submitting to Blue Cross. Quite chill here, it is a Friday, sunny, going kyacking. Life's great K.
