Please help? We have been in contact with Simon from the Saga Humane Society, and Frank Nunez from St. Peter's School, with reference to some donated goods we are trying to ship before our arrival on May 12th, for the children, and the homeless animals. (backpacks, school supplies, deflated soccer balls, veterinary medicine & supplies, dog and cat supplies, etc.)
Trying to find a shipping company to send these boxes, without taking a 2nd out on my house, is nearly impossible! Some items have been donated, and the rest we have purchased at cheap or bulk rates. We have 5 boxes, weighing approximately 40 lbs. each, and maybe even more by the end of this week.
We have received info from Frank about whom to use, but his freight co. is in Fla., and Simon is investigating also. We are located in California, and would prefer to ship from the West Coast, as opposed to multiple shipping points, however, we will do whatever is MOST economical to get these items to the necessary destinations. If ANYONE has any helpful info, could you please let us know as soon as possible? Thanks so much!

Thanks to both of you, I will try anything! As far as "slow" goes, I don't care, as long as the items get to the designated parties!

Thanks Law, for the pm.

If shipping to Belize is anything like it is to Panama, it takes forever. I sent a package to someone in Panama 4 months ago and just got word today that he received it!

I have shipped and imported alot. Expeditors is one of the best. Tell them what you are trying to do. If they can't help they will know who can.

Yes, K&M - it is like the long lost message in a bottle! I am tickled that he got it as it contains all kinds of goodies from Trader Joe's and some small gourmet food items that he cannot get down there. This gentleman was very kind to me on my trip. The poor guy got a call from Immigration, telling him he had to come to the post office for inspection of the package!

Does anyone have contact with one of the airlines charitable organizations? I managed to find AA's section after Keith but don't have the references anymore.
