From what I've read, AC isn't really known for its dynamite, knockout, drop dead gorgeous beachs. Assumming that it's true, are there any areas of the island that have "nice" beaches, just to kick back and relax, get into the water when you get too warm, and perhaps do a little snorkeling from shore?

I've already chartered a boat for a couple of days fishing/snorkeling/beach barbeque, but I'm looking for additional options.

If you drink enough beer, they all look good, just ask Tim, Gaz and Peter.
A fish and a bird can fall in love, but where will they build their nest?

Snorkeling around the pier at Ramon's is fun.
