I just got an email from Doyle Gardiner... I assume that the Purple Space Monkey - Internet Cafe in Placencia is up and running, as that would be the only place I can imagine that he would email from. The cafe has it's own generator and I believe they may have been able to set up phone communication... not sure... but I did know that Jake said he'd be up and running in a couple of days.... Not sure - as I said I ASSUME... but this would be a great place to send email to try to contact. you can send email to jakesplacencia@yahoo.com

Jake is staying with Mary Toy, Marilyn, Candy, Dwayne & Barb (I think Barb is still with them). Lori, Brad's cell is also working.

Anyhow, Mum relayed tonight that it was the BTL office that had an internet connection up and running. I don't think sending email to address is a good idea yet. Still no land line phones. I dumped accounts for people the other day. She's going to try and get online at the BTL office tomorrow so she can do some online banking stuff.
