Let is all hope that "justice" is well served in this case. There are three investigations being conducted by the Belize Government into this mishap. It is disturbing that according to the Oct. 25th article in Amadala, these investigations are being hampered by a lack of cooperation from the Peter Hughes organization. Anytime people die due to decissions made by those in charge, it seems prudent that those decision be questioned. I only hope that these investigations will provide the accurate details to determine what blame, if any, is appropriate. And, SBW, you might want to re-think your comment about staying on a boat like the Wave Dancer 10 out of 10 times. Based on the facts, if you chose to stay onboard on that fatefull day in October, the odds are 20 to 5 that you would be dead.
