Does anyone have any comments about this rental property. I know it's four miles north of San Pedro.I cannot find many reviews. Any comments would be appreciated. Pictures look good on their site.

My sister rented the house in July 07. The house was nice, not luxurious. You can cart in and out of town fairly easily. Nice pool. The house has a weird set-up and wasn't all that comfortable, for us anyway. It was buggy up there last year and we couldn't take advantage of the roof terrace, open the doors or enjoy being outside that much.

We wouldn't rent it again.

Thanks for the clarification Capt.! I thought he meant muggy but what you're saying makes sense, unlike some other person on pizza... wink

I want to know where to get some of these great pizzas, the toppings must be really different. laugh But I did figure out it was July 7th, 2006

Anyway thanks for the responses, this is a great board. It's very hard to know where to stay. SIN your comments about the interior layout of the house were right on. After reviewing the pictures I thought the same thing.

Looking to accomodate 8 people. I think we have narrowed it down to 3 places, Victoria House, Portofino or Mata Chica. I e-mail O'Farrell House twice but got no response. I think anyone of these, from what I have read, would be great. Maybe you can confirm this? cool

You may want to look into Banyan Bay and/or Grand Colony Island Villas if you are looking for something really nice, as with the above named properties, but also giving you a kitchen and nice large living/dining rooms.
