Three buddies and I will be flying into the island from Los Angeles 11/11/2006 and will be staying for seven days what do you think the weather will be like that week...want to make sure we pack accordingly. Also where do people recommend as far as night life for 4 young dudes ready to party?

check the board for weather here, the maps are great, but the only consistent thing about weather on this island, is that its inconsistent. Its not supposed to rain much in november from what i hear, but its been pouring for a week.

as far as night life, each night has only one "hot spot". When you here just ask anyone what the "spot" is that night, however, all nights seem to start at Fidos till about 11. Live music every night, and a great place to meet local gringos + gringas.

Dont be surprised, but this little island has a great nightlife if you know how to do it up. I doubt it will be packed packed each night, but rest assured that if you want to party until dawn, there are places here to do that, from Big Daddys during most weekdays, to the MUCH MUCH more fun, and worth checking out Jaguars. That place gets packed on a friday night, and the only sunrises i have managed to see since living here were spotted upon leaving jaguars.

In fairness, mountain, this is the Ambergris Caye board and the main "about AC" board, to boot. These guys came and asked specifically about their trip to SP.

I'm older than they are and I've manage to find places to party every night . . to my detriment. They'll be satisfied I'm sure.

it did law. iguana's sadly is no more...no more all you can drink for $20 BZ. frown

Fridays is now Fidos, and as for sundays, start at BC's, then if you make it elsewhere from there, you are stronger than me! BC's starts at like, what 3pm, then i seem to not remember when it ends.......

I vaguely remember what 2 am was like. I didn't see it on AC, but then we tended to start in around 3:30 in the afternoon. I like to see what I'm tripping over.
When you find a big kettle of crazy, it's best not to stir it.
