LaurieMar and I had a great time at Pedro's on Friday. Met IndyGal, RIBeth, deacon+, Tacogirl, Tacoboy, SIN, and others.

Pedro's Pizza is great - we scarfed down a medium in a few seconds flat LOL.

I have a few pictures that I will post when I return. I certainly will make Friday night Boarder Night an activity next time I return.

Sounds like Friday evenings at Pedro's is fast becoming the happening place to be. Besides the infamous Pedro's Pizza, what are some of the other munchies offered at Pedro's?

s&s, i like your suggestion of name tags, we'll be down in jan and would like to meet the people behind the names and think tags would be less risky, although, i think mr and mrs nuts are jerking our chains about the bum pinch (not that there's anything wrong with that).

I much prefer the bum pinch over the nametag idea.

As for snacks at Pedro's, in addition to pizza there's jagermeister. Really, what more do you need? :rolleyes:

Agree with you Tropical...Not that I mind having by bum pinched on occasion, but as the pinchee I'd appreciate at least knowing the name of the pincher.

I promise not to pinch the bum of anyone wearing a nametag.

Rotary Club used to have bum pinching - since they've switched to nametags, it's not nearly as much fun!

I see no reason to ban either one. Bum pinching along with name tags, everyone's happy. It can be up to each individual to decide if they want to pinch or say "hello" first. I'm leaning towards "get to know me, then pinch if the mood hits", but if you prefer to pinch first, go ahead. Will make for very interesting evenings, I'm sure.

Sun & Sand, I expect there will be a boarders Friday pizza night at Pedro's...till there is no....beer or pizza. So expect there will plenty of folks in Feb.
If you can talk folks into name badges that will be your job. Might be a tough sell, might not.
