For Sale in Corozal. 6.08 acres.
Land is high about 1 mile from the bay on Santa Rita Hill area. Lots of fruit trees. (mango, avacado, craboo, banana, custard apple, ect.)
The land is flat, and was cleared about 4 years ago and has since gotten wild again.
San Antonio Village is on one side and jungle on the next.
There is a 35 foot well on the property. Town water line & power run next to the property, so hookup is easy.
Triangle shaped property is bounded by roads on all three sides. Close to Santa Rita Maya Ruin, Bowen & Bowen Distributors, Corozal Community College & town. You can walk to the center of Corozal Town (market, post office, banks, shopping) in less than 20 minutes.
Excellent potencial for RV Park, Resort, Farming, ect. or just to get away without being to far from civilization.
Title is free & clear.
Price: US$30,000. obo
Reason for selling: Got my hands full running my Corozal Bay Inn and do not have time to take care of the 6.08 acres. I would love to spend time there but just can't.
You can contact me at [email protected] if interested.

I have 2 photos of what it looked like after I cleared the land and picked all the rocks and roots.
If you want me to e-mail them just send me your e address
To build a house all you need is to start.
The land is so close to town and yet out of town limits so no building permit is required.
Also taxes are about $75. a year
Since the land is high above sea level you can even add a basement if you want, or building a swimming pool would be easy compared to what I went through next to the bay where we hit water after 2 feet.

Is this expensive there? It would be a pretty good deal in the states.

Depends where in the U.S. (Arizona desert) no I would not expect to pay more than a couple of thousand per acre, and it would have to be good.
