I have some land in the same area. This is a nice part of the island, it has the lagoon in the back.
That means that there is a nice breeze blowing from the ocean to the lagoon, that will keep the mosquitos away...Also there is a lot of coconut trees there wich means that the land is nicely elevated. Last time I checked Coconut trees still will not grow in a swampy area....!

Does your property show up on any websites? Is your realtor using the internet to market your property? I tried finding a website for Seaside Real Estate, andit looks like they have gone offline. Correct me if I'm wrong.
