please could you send the exact map references and we may be able to discover where this is.Or better still say who owns the title to the land and we can check up with the town board.

To whom it may concern,

I have some land in the same area. This is a nice part of the island, it has the lagoon in the back.
That means that there is a nice breeze blowing from the ocean to the lagoon, that will keep the mosquitos away...Also there is a lot of coconut trees there wich means that the land is nicely elevated. Last time I checked Coconut trees still will not grow in a swampy area....!
