Thanks for the suggestions. However Southwind appears to be dealing primarily in land. I am looking to pruchase an existing one so that I can be in it before the November.

Paradise Resort if for slae is definately a Diamond in the rough however i thought the japanese had already sold it a while back and it was under new ownership.

i could be wrong but if it is for sale its definately got a great location needs a total facelift and pool addition and could be another Ramons
