I’m sitting here at the Coconet Internet, next to my friend Marie who owns the Stained Glass Pub. They have been swamped every night for the last two weeks. A couple of months ago she listed her restaurant for sale on the real estate section of this board. To date she has not received any e-mail even though people have told her they have sent them. Last week the Stained Glass Pub was the featured restaurant in Ambergris Today. Next week the San Pedro Sun plans to feature them. Marie has some serious health problems and needs to not be cooking 12 hours a day six days a week She has listed the restaurant with all the fixtures at a very reasonable price. I emailed Marie a day or so ago with a proposition regarding the restaurant. I thought that if instead of selling, maybe she would just like to step back and have someone else run it. Do you know if she's really gung-ho about selling or just doing it because she "has to"??
