Residential hilltop lot in Santa Cruz subdivision of Santa Elena, Cayo for sale for only $10K U.S. Lot is located on one of the highest hills in the area, about the same height as Cahal Pech. All utilities being offered in the area. Going cheap!!

wendy.. generally when a property sits on the market for so long due to lack of interest, the price goes down.. not up.

What makes you think a lot that nobody wanted to pay 10k for people will now get excited and pay 15k?

simple purchasing economics.

Thanks for your expert advice.

I didn't have photos or even an orientation before but I do now since I stopped by to see it this past weekend.

It's worth more than $15K. If it didn't sell for $10K before its probably because there were no visuals for the imagination.

NOW, its being marketed better.

I wish the chick in the pic was a San Pedro Calendar Girl in a swimsuit but maybe I'll have better luck next time.

LOL!!!! I have to agree with Philly. Not critizing, but being in the business just expressing that I find it so odd you first listed it at $10,000 and THEN decided to "market it better" and have photos. Are you an agent on this property as it sounds like you "stopped by to see it" after pricing it at $10,000. I would say if it was sitting on the market a long time it makes sense the price would stay or drop, not rise.

Wait, now it is being auctioned starting at only $5,000? Too funny.

I could sell it or I could keep it or I could have fun playing with it. It's not an urgency nor critical in any way that I find a buyer. I'm not "in the business" I am the owner of the property and its been paid for in cash.

As long as I understand it doesn't matter who doesn't.
