Interested in beachfront property (land or business) in Sarteneja. Does anyone have a contact name, or knows of any beachfront land for sale? Any help is appreciated.

Hi ScubaSnack,
I need all of the help I can get. I have enabled the private messaging feature. Please e-mail me with contacts in Sarteneja regarding beachfront property and/or tell anyone you might know that is selling, to login & post me. Thank you for your assistance.

I looked at Sarteneja about a year ago. Beach property is selling as fast there as anywhere else in Belize and a lot of the beach close to town was sold. contact [email protected], she has the scope on most of what is going on in Belize. Good luck!

I think Sarteneja is a neat place. It's quaint and the water is beautiful. I wonder a bit if that's what A.C. looked like 30 years ago. Right now, unfortunately, it's a bit of a hike to get there--which is actually kinda fun when you're making a day trip of it, but would get old to me if I lived there year-round.

On the other hand, if you've ever driven to Placencia, it's a long haul out in the middle of nowhere (it seems) too. The thing that apparently has helped its popularity is regular plane flights. I wonder what Sarteneja might be like in a few years if it had flights in every hour or two instead of once a day.

With other words, Sarteneja is for those that want to drive far, have close to nothing to do, cook all their meals at home, more or less, have trouble getting stuff,.... but the water is indeed beautiul!
