I'm also after a good cordless phone. I've had several and all were rubbish except the last, a Uniden I bought in the USA. By "good" I mean with decent battery life and wireless range. Anyone have one, or can tell me where I can get one?

Why doesn't someone open a radio shack?
15 hardware stores, and new resturants opening weekly and closing. Radio shack and a bakery with good baget and rye bread. Sorry Pedro 2, trying to get you that phone or the next one and some good rye bread for me.

eBay is a decent option for some things.

We got a samsung cell for $10 and charger for $8 it was worth it for a pay as you go.

I have purchased many things off of eBay and had them shipped directly here. Just check seller preferences and make sure you email them first for approval and ask shipping cost estimate. USPS airmail is the fastest way to get it here, forget UPS or other shipping companies, their fees are huge.
