Only 3 days till we leave!!! This frigid weather sucks!! Anyone going on Friday? We are staying until Dec. 4th. Staying up north past the cut. Can't wait to see what kind of saturday night bar-b-que the Palapa Bar can rustle up!!We're taking a frozen beef tenderloin in the suitcase.. Christmas present for Jim & Ana who weathered Keith just fine, but a little frazzled! I'm bringing cotton balls that cost .68 cents here and Ana pays 4BZ there. It really doesn't take much to make someone's day that has been through hell and back!! Can't wait to hug all our friends there!! Go to the Pier Lounge, we'll be there!!

Hi Denverdan (Hope), we will also possibly be still there in March. We've been going 2-3 times a year since 1995. Planning Feb 16 or 23 leaving here.We'll be there for at least 3 weeks this year. Last Feb. I stayed for 6 weeks. That was great!! I agree with you that any vacation should be in AC, and no where else!!My sister-in-law keeps bugging us to go to South Beach, Miami for a vacation. I think that would be awful.. all those people.. discos, etc., dressing up. YUK!! AC for me or nowhere!!

Morning Hope and Robin....my husband and I are leaving for AC on Feb. 26 and will be there until March 13. We've rented Brianna's House and all are welcome. Stop in and I'll open a Belikin or fix you a mean Pina Colda! (I don't know how to make those blue drinks that get mentioned here all the time. However, I'm willing to learn!)

Robin don't wast a perfectly nice vacation going to South Beach. Visited there last December never again. To many pretty people for me and at least people that think they are pretty!

i wont be back for a while, hubby wants to see other places too. however, i think the blue smurf is:
equal parts gin (pref tanqueray) and vodka, add a splash of blue curasao.

if you ask me, sounds awful. try a cane juice and pinapple juice. yum!
