It is very, very nice. (Although we don't care much for the new green color scheme. The roof tiles are nice, but that trim paint....).

You're close enough but not too close (about 15 minute walk via beachside to the center of town)

March is a wonderful time to go. The weather is great, the bugs are usually long gone, and a lot of the greenery will have really come back by then We go every year in March.
