AeroCaribe (commuter attached to Mexicana) flies from Cancun to Belize International on weekends, two flights. One of the flights stops in Chetumal, the other is nonstop.

Yes, taken it several times. It is a turboprop, holds about 18 passengers. Nice views as it follows the coastline. Beats the bus but is a whole lot more money.

Hunter, how much is it?

Cancun to Belize City $259 US per person RT.
If you fly Cancun to Belize city, you still have to take a plane or boat to AC.

The bus from Cancun 1st class to Chetumal is $15 US (5 hours). $2 us for the bus Chetumal to Corozol.Then $32 us one way or $59 RT to AC.


So the overall difference is one day full travel each way (starting early) but under $100 round trip VS. $300 and a half day travel (which must be done on a week-end).
