SS or Chloe, any sign of the Italian Chefs that were heading to San Pedro just as Keith hit?? They were hoping to start a catering/cooking business weren't they?

Did not see or hear anything about the Italian Chefs in San Pedro, unless they are the Italian Chefs at Caruso's, beach side of Sunbreeze Resort. If so, they are great, the Italian food was great there.

Wendy, yes I remember their postings on the message board. Try emailing the Sunbreeze and ask, if they are there at Caruso"s.

I hope they are there! We love "real" Italian food not the Americanized type. Is Caruso's the place to go for the best Italian Food?

hi Wendy, these are Stefano and Cristiana, the italian chefs! we are writing from Napoli, Italia. We spent a couple of months in Ambergris, a good experience in an unforghettable enviroment. we still mailing lots of friends, that we want met again soon, in april maybe.let's talk about food! We would like to import the good italian first choise of selected fresh foods in Belize, and we are working for that.
Ambergris and Belize all needs much more than
Caruso, now the Americans start to eat well and cook good too!! not to be critical, but we were in the most knowed Ambergris restaurants and we think that the tourists merit more and more!! i have a couple of questions for the Americans that use to visit Italia. Did they remember how was the TASTE of the italian food? Did they found anything similar in Ambergris? in the next future we think that a lots of new italian pizzeries and restaurants will be open in Ambergris. At this time the competition between them, will push up the level of ingredients, cuisine, meals, wines and food.
Sorry about our english and if we are late
but was great to find somebody looking for us. we still missing Ambergris,
we loves you all
see you soon

Hi Stefano and Christiana! You have to come back to Belize and start a great Italian Restaurant. I am spoiled because I have spent many summers in Italia and Napoli Pizza is the best. Playa del Carmen, Mexico and Roatan, Honduras has several super good Italian Restaurants owned by Italians but I am not sure if AC has that yet. I think you would do very well there!!!!!

Hi Stefano and Christina: Great to see your wonderful words back on the board. I am back in San Pedro, arriving on the 14th of February. Everything is getting back to order here after Hurricane Keith. I am fortunate to live in St Louis, Missouri, where some of the finest Italian Cuisine can be had in the U.S. I've got some exciting news. Instead of getting a Moto Guzzo, I got a Maserati Biturbo. Another dream of a lifetime (I'm a lucky guy). Let me know when you guys are returning. Maybe well fry up some fish. Don't worry, I use Olive Oil. Take care: Your friend: Bill
