This will be our fifth trip to AC but haven't been back in three years. We arrive 3/18 for ten days staying at Mata Rocks... What's going on entertainment wise?? Fido's jam'n - any new places to hang?

Since you were there last a new disco has opened - Iguana's. Plenty of music, dancing and fun there.
The Casino is also probably new to you.
What about BC's Beach Bar, that might be 3 yrs old as well?
Belize it!

Thanks for the info. I haven't been to BC's - Is that part of a hotel? The disco sounds like a lot of fun - What's the age range? I don't want to be surrounded by teeny bobbers! Just counted down the hours 'till Monday - hear it's cold/rainy calling for snow [Linked Image]

KCKat: Looking forward to hear what you have to say about Mata Rocks. Hear its great, nothing fancy, but that is what we want. Also heard the beach bar is fun. Leaving for our first time on 5/5 and staying there.

BC's (no hotel) and Ramon's both have BBQ (so does Holiday House and the Famous Lion's Club).
Iguana Club had people from all legal age ranges when we were there. You had to be old enough to drink alcohol to get in.

Do they play Punta at the Iguana along with all the other stuff? Can't wait to dance to that.

The Barefoot Iguana is very cool. Great sound and Punta, Soca, and whatever you want to hear. The DJ takes requests no problem. Good folks there at a wide variety of ages.
