Please can someone tell me if I need a visa to visit Belize, travelling as an Irish citizen. I know a UK passport holder does not need one, but what about the Irish?

Thanks

Rory

I just noticed I meant to say "CitiZen" in the topic, but since I cannot edit the topic, oh well.

That's an interesting question actuallly. Since Ireland is unfortunately a holding of the UK I would think that you would not need one. However, I have never heard where Ireland is passport free. I would call your consulate to make sure. Unless someone knowledgeable answers here, like Lan or Marty.
Slainte!

From what I can see, you would not need a visa but I strongly suggest you check with the closest consulate/embassy...
